In our Twenty (20 years in business, the most appreciated part of our software is the ability to service it without intervention from us. We've taken our years of experience and built in an incredible range of system maintenance functions that you won't find anywhere. For example, in a multi-user system, if your network burps, it could lock you out of certain records. This is always a service call but not with CIS2000. Just drop down to the system menu, click "reset multi-user locks", and you all set to continue with no down-time whatsoever.
