We'd all agree that a birthday
is a special time. And as one ages, one appreciates each year all the
more.
 On July 25th, my wife Jamie celebrated here xxth birthday (a woman never tells) and I decided to take her on a shopping spree at Tysons Corner Mall. We shopped till we dropped. She was delighted and I took great pleasure in spoiling my soul-mate. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we wandered into Petite Sophisticate where upon entering we were pleasantly acknowledged and treated to no-pressure, super helpful and a wonderfully friendly sales staff who took on the task of assistance and saleswoman-ship with a level of caring I've not seen outside of Nordstrom. And so, since you'd think that great customer service was a normal course of business at most retailers, it's not! So uncommon was the service here that I felt compelled to write about it here and to urge you tiny petite women out there that if you want great service, your local Petite Sophisticate will most likely pamper and treat you to service extraordinaire.
