Chapter Nine 
Anyone can be a good steward with his or her money. It takes real guts to be a good steward with your life.

All Christians should tithe their income, few do and even fewer tithe their lives. WHY, The good steward is a remarkable view into the very nature of stewardship.  It takes stewardship from being a rote act, to a blessed way of life.  Mr. Young hated church more than anything.  But Cynthia saw something in his manner that suggested that for all his big-bad hateful talk, hid a soul that loved or once loved his Lord. 

WHY, The Good Steward exposes the true nature of the original blessing plan framed in the sentence, “not my will, but Thy will be done”.  Who knows? Maybe even you can become a good steward.
